City of Santa Ana does hereby covenant and agree that

The District, it's officers, agents, employees, members or representatives shall
not be liable for any loss, damage injury or liability of any kind to any person or property
caused by or arising from Service Learning Fair . Nor shall the
(ActiviIy)
District be liable for any loss, damage or injury from any cause whatsoever to the
property or persons of the City of Santa Ana or any of its
(AppHcont of Activity)
employees or agents resulting from the Service Learning Fair
(ActiviIy)
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the City of Santa Ana
(Apptie.nt of Activity)
agrees to defend, identify, and hold harmless the District, its officers, employees and
agents from any and all damages or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the
Service Learning Fair
(Activity)
The City of Santa Ana agrees to provide a policy of liability and
(AppHc8l1l of Activity)
property damage insurance in the minimum amount of $1 Million combined single limits.
