MARCH 5, 1990
The meeting was called to order by the Assistant Clerk of the Council at
4:00 p.m. in Room 423, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. Since
there were no Councilmembers present, the Assistant Clerk declared the
meeting adjourned due to the lack of quorum to Monday, March 19, 1990 at
4:00 p.m., Room 423, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California.
