THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT "Amendment," made and
entered into this ~ day of A 'Pi-I L 2002, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter
city and municipal corporation' organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the
State of California ("CITY") and Crossroads Software, a California sole proprietor
("CONSULT ANT"),
WITNESSETH
Recitals:
A. CITY AND CONSULTANT entered into a Consultant Agreement, dated March
29, 2001 by which CONSULTANT agreed to provide software development services (the
"Agreement").
B, The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term to April I,
2003.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subject to
the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as
follows:
L Section 3 ofthe Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and terminate on
April I, 2003, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below.
The term of this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the
Executive Director of Public Works Agency and the City Attorney."
2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
