Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and
municipal corporation of the State of California ("City").
FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONSULT ANT AGREEMENT
Recitals:
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2002-176, dated December 23,2002,
(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided stucco repair and
paint touch up to the fayade and courtyard improvements for Minnie Street properties.
B. Consultant has agreed to construct the fayade and courtyard improvements at the
properties located at 1105 and 1109 S. Minnie Street, Santa Ana, California. Said
improvements require submittal of architectural drawings.
C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to
amend the Scope of Services to include Consultant obtaining the architect stamp for
the drawings needed to complete the fayade and courtyard improvements.
Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject
to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First
Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to read:
"Consultant shall perform stucco repair and paint touch up ofthe building facades as
set forth in Exhibit A to said Agreement. Additionally, Consultant shall procure the
architectural drawings required for the completion of the work on the building
facades at 1105 and 1109 S. Minnie St., Santa Ana, California."
2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
