The meeting was called to order by Senior Deputy Clerk Elizabeth Dang at
4:05 p.m. in Room 147, Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana. Since there were no Councilmembers present, the Senior Deputy Clerk
declared the meeting adjourned due to the lack of a quorum.
