The meeting was called to order by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy at 4:00
p.m. in Room 147, Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Aha. Since
there were no Councilmembers present, the Clerk of the Council declared the
meeting adjourned to 4:00 p.m., December 10, 1990, in Room 147, Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
