SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 15, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, by the Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. Since
there were no Councilmembers present to respond to the call of the roll,
the Clerk declared the meeting adjourned to 6:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers.

Gloria Taffolla Solis, 2938 Fallbrook, expressed the opinion that the
Santa Ana Police Department Officers who had taken her brother into
custody had used excessive force in the process of subduing him.

and pursuant to:
