Absent: NONE
Since a quorum of the City Council was not present, no business could be transacted.
Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson chaired the meeting.
Those present, including representatives of the Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Orange and Tustin
Unified School Districts, Rancho Santiago College, City neighborhood associations, COP,
and City staff, participated in a discussion of vision, purpose, goals and objectives for the
Educational Facilities Improvement Committee, and reviewed current and ideal development
sites for Man'in Luther King Elementary and Willard Intermediate Schools.
