76.A. DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH PAUL DEL
VALLE, INC. - 303 SOUTH ORANGE AVENUE (AGENCY ITEM 6A)
Public hearing on the proposed sale of real property by the Community Redevelopment
Agency to Paul Del Valle, Inc., for the development of 303 S. Orange Avenue
Legal Notice published in the Register on August 6 and August 13, 1991
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by: Neighborhood Improvement Specialist
Will Hayes, Community Development Agency
The Mayor Pro Tem opened the public hearing on the proposed sale of real property at
303 S. Orange Avenue at 6:00 p.m.
None
Presentation of written comments by Janice C. Guy, Clerk of the Council:
There were no speakers on the matter.
The Mayor Pro Tern closed the public hearing at 6:01 p.m.
Motion:
(Concurrent action with the Community Redevelopment Agency)
Adopt resolution.
RESOLUTION 91-082 - A resolution of the City of Santa Ana approving a
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Aha and Paul Del Valle, Inc.,
making certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by the
Agency pursuant to said agreement; and consenting to the execution and
implementation of said Disposition and Development Agreement - Community
Development Agency
