Since no members of the City Council were present, no Council business was transacted.
Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson chaired the meeting.
Those present, including representatives of the Santa Ana, Garden Grove, and Orange
Unified School Districts, Rancho Santiago College District, City neighborhood associations,
COP, and City staff, participated in a discussion of the Community Outreach Program for
the proposed citywide redevelopment project to fund educational and public facilities.
