Pu s nt to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
notice that the City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 16622 (City Tract Map
No. 2005-03), for 9 East Hutton Centre Drive (Exhibit I), from the owner, The Grand
Plan 2, LLC, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. The
Tentative Tract Map No. 16622 was approved by the City Council on June 20, 2005,
The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City
Council meeting of April 17, 2006,
