HomeMy WebLinkAboutSANTA ANA WINDS 1B - 2003 .~ AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT tV - 2c>oz - /3/-/ &7 THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this :;7 th day of .~;Jt 2003, by and between Santa Ana Winds ("WINDS") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), collectively referred to herein as "the Parties". RECIIALS A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE SANTA ANA WINDS BAND" dated March 29,2001, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for providing rental assistance to WINDS for the storage of equipment and uniforms. B. On September 3rd, 2002, Parties amended said Agreement to increase monthly reimbursement rate from $200.00 to $300.00 and the total amount to be expended to $6,400.00. C. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Compensation term, of said Agreement in order to in order to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: I. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to "Compensation" term is hereby amended to reflect an increase in the total sum to be expended under said Agreement shall not exceed ~I.I tho~~d ($10,000.00). ~'!J 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
