Joint public heating of the City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency regarding a
proposed disposition and development agreement with Historic French Park Neighborhood
Association for 820-826 Lacy Street

The Mayor Pro Tem opened the joint public hearing regarding the Disposition and
Development Agreement with Historic French Park Neighborhood Association at 6:40 p.m.
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by: Pat Whitaker, Housing Manager,
Community Development Agency
Presentation of written comments by Janiee C. Guy, Clerk of the Council: None
Mike Brajdic, 301 E. Eighth Street, representing Historic French Park Association spoke in
favor of the proposed disposition and development agreement.
The Mayor Pro Tem closed the public hearing at 5:44 p.m.
Motion:
Adopt resolution. (Concurrent action with the Community Redevelopment
Agency.)
RESOLUTION 91-109 - A resolution of the City of Santa Ana approving a
disposition and development agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Historic French Park Association, Inc.,
making certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by the
Agency pursuant to said agreement; and consenting to the execution and
implementation of said disposition and development agreement - Community
Development Agency
