AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

-' THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 21" day of February, 2006, by and between Thyssen Elevator
Company, ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and
existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), collectively referred to herein as "the
Parties".

A. The Parties entered into AGREEMENT SPEC 2001-070, dated May 22, 200 I, hereinafter referred to as
"said Agreement", for the maintenance, service, repair and parts for elevators in the City;
B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Compensation section of said Agreement in order to
provide continuous uninterrupted service under said Agreement and to extend the term.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and
made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do
hereby agree as follows:
I. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to Compensation of said Agreement is hereby amended to provide
an additional amount of $13,429.00 for a total amount not to exceed $133,987.55 during the term of said
Agreement.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the date and year
first above written.
