GUY, Clerk of the Council Absent: NONE AMENDMENT - SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN Joint public hearing of City Council and Community Redevelopment Commission conducted and closed on June 16, 1992. Council continued consideration of the matter to July 21, 1992 by a 5/0 vote with McGuigan and Norton absent. Councilmember McGuigan noted that although she had not been present for the public hearing on the proposed amendment to the South Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment Plan she had reviewed the amendment documents provided to the Council, read the transcript of the public hearing, and felt qualified to vote on the matter. RESOLUTION 92-070 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, ruling on written and oral objections and adopting written findings in response to written objections received from affected property owners and taxing entities and ruling on such written objections to the proposed amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the South Harbor Boulevard/Falrview Street Redevelopment Project Area - Community Development Agency 2. Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. ORDINANCE NS-2167 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana approving and adopting an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project - Community Development Agency MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Richardson VOTE: AYES: Griset, McGuigan, Pulido, Richardson, Young NOES: Acosta, Norton ABSENT: None RECESSED TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - 5:40 P.M. ACTION BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY 90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS (CITY COUNCIL AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY) Marshall Krupp, President of Community Systems Associates, Inc., representing the Rancho Santiago Community College District, expressed disappointment regarding the negotiations between the City and the District on the amendment of the South Harbor Redevelopment Plan and suggested a subcommittee of City Councilmembers and College District Board Members be formed to address funding allocations and issues of mutual concern.
