CANCELLAllON POUCY Should it be necessll)' for you to cancel this function after this letter has been signed, the SAPAEC will be entitled to liquidated damages (agreed not to constitute a penalty) based on the following scale: I 50% of estimated food and beverage charges, if cancelled on or afIer. 75% of estimated food and beverage charges, if cancelled on or after. 100% of estimated food and beverage charges, if cancelled on or after. 2/28103 3126103 4/23103 Payment for liquidated damages due as a resuR of cancellation of this agreement shall be made at the time of cancellation. I To better prepare for private functions, a final walk through should be scheduled ten (10) days prior of the date of your event Final attendance will be required no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. The Santa Ana Performing Arts and Event Center cannot be responsible for service more than five (5%) percent over the guarantee for groups of 400 and above. BANQUET SERVICES I I PARKING I Parking is to be hosted by the Santa Ana Police at a $3.00 per car. Total cars parked in fhe garage for your event will be determined at the end of the function and billed to the Santa Ana Police Department I SIGNATURE OF AGREEMENT t This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended or changed unless done so in writing and signed by Santa Ana Performing Arts and Event Center and the customer. If the arrangement outiined above meets with your approval, please sign and return the enclosed copy by DECEMBER 2, 2002. By returning the signed agreement you will enable us to establish these arrangements on a definite basis. The effective date of communications between the parties will be determined as the date contact sent via U.S. Mail, via E-mail, or date and time on the facsimile confirmation sheet retained by the sender.
