SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
DECEMBER 3, 1992
The meeting was called to order by Assistant Clerk of the Council William Z. Navaja at
5:45 p.m. in the Library Conference Room, Santa Ana Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana. Since there were no Councilmembers present, the Assistant Clerk of the Council
declared the meeting adjourned due to the lack of a quorum.
