DECEMBER 23, 1992
The meeting was called to order by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy at 5:30 p.m. in the
Library Conference Room, Santa Ana Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. Since
there were no Councilmembers present, the Clerk of the Council declared the meeting
adjourned due to the lack of a quorum.
