Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the United States
Government for a site within the boundaries of the Central City Area proposed for a Federal
Court complex

The Mayor opened the joint public heating regarding the Disposition Agreement for the
Federal Court Complex at 5:50 p.m.
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by: Community Development Agency
Downtown Development Manager Roger Kooi
Presentation of written comments by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy: None
Florence Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, commented that the proposed 22-story Court House
building would result in the disappearance of the vista from her home of the nearby
mountains.
There were no other speakers on the matter.
The Mayor closed the joint public heating at 5:59 p.m.

Mot~n: Adopt resolution.
RESOLUTION 93-026 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana making certain findings with respect to the conveyance of real property
located on the east side of Ross Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets by the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to the United
States of America and approving the terms and conditions of said conveyance -
