ATTENDANCE COUNCILMEMBERS Present: MIGUEL A. PULIDO, Mayor Pro Tem (12:35 p.m.) TOM LUTZ TED R MORENO ROBERT L. RICHARDSON (12:35 p.m.) Absent: DAN YOUNG, Mayor LISA MILLS RICK NORTON STAFF Present: DAVID N. REAM, City Manager WILLIAM Z. NAVAJA, Asst. Clerk of the Council Absent: EDWARD J. COOPER, City Attorney PASADENA ARTS AND CULTURE STUDY TOUR Despite the absence of a quorum, Councilmembers Lutz and Moreno, City Manager Ream, Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson, Downtown Development Manager Roger Kooi, Redevelopment and Real Estate Manager Bob Hoffman, Santa Aha Council for Arts and Culture President Don Cribb, and several City staff members departed for Pasadena, California at 9:00 a.m. to observe and study Pasadena's approach to downtown redevelopment in the areas of arts and culture. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 213 JUNE 4, 1993 In Pasadena, the Santa Ana group was welcomed, briefed, and guided by City of Pasadena Director of Housing Development Bill Reynolds and other City of Pasadena staff members on a tour of various downtown redevelopment projects. A quorum was formed when Mayor Pro Tem Pulido and Councilmember Richardson joined the group at 12:40 p.m. The group continued the study tour until 3:25 p.m. and returned to the Santa Ana Civic Center Plaza at 4:45 p.m. No Council actions were taken during the meeting.
