Mayor Pulido requested staff make a presentation to the Community Oriented Policing (COP) organization detailing the permit parking procedures. In response to Councilmember McGuigan's inquiry, Public Works Agency Executive Director Jim Ross indicated staff would inform residents of the multi-family buildings located in the 500 block of S.
