Mayor Pulido announced the following modifications to the Consent Calendar:
. Councilmember Alvarez pulled Item 22.K. for separate discussion
. City Manager requested the La Calle Cuatro de Santa Ana Association
agreement on Item 25.0. be continued to the September 5,2006 meeting
. Mayor Pulido abstained on Item 25.0.
. Addition of Closed Session Report - Item 19.A.
. Excuse the absence of Councilmember Christy from the August 21, 2006
meeting.
