IMPLEMENTATION RESOLUTIONS
11.A. APPEAL APPLICATION 96-002 - VARIANCE 96-001 - 2800 N. MAIN -
MA1NPLACE MALL EXPANSION
Planning and Building Agency Executive Director Robyn Uptegraff requested the Council re-open
the public hearing regarding the MainPlace Mall Expansion in order to provide the appellant an
opportunity to speak on the matter.
Motion: Re-open public hearing regarding the appeal of 96-002, Variance 96-001 relating
to the MainPlace Mall expansion, and set hearing for 6:00 p.m. on May 6, 1996 or
as soon as possible thereafter.
