THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entere<.l inlo on August I".
2006, by and between 11.P.L. Mechanical, Inc" a California corporation ("Consultant")
and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of
California ("City'').
RECITALS:
A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2006-050, dated June 1,2006, (hereinafter
"sai<.l Agreement") by which Consultant was contracted to repair a gas leak at thc
Depot in Santa Ana.
B. During the course of repair, additional services were required.
C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of'said Agreement, the parties wish to
increase the compensation available to pay fur the a<.l<.litional services provided by
Consultant.
WHEREFORE, in consi<.leration of the covenants containe<.l in said Agreement, and
subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, excepllhose amen<.led in this
first Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
I. Section 2,a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by
$1602, The lotal amount to be pai<.lI(J[ repairs <.luring the 2006-2007 fiscal year shall
not exceed $1602.00.
2. Except as herein amended, a1l terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in
fulll')fce and efTeet.
