ADDENDUM "A"
This Addendum is attached to TLA #530- PiP dated August 21, 2006, by and between
Wcstfield Corporation, Inc., as manager and owner of Westfield MainPlace LLC and the
City of Santa Ana.
It is understood by both parties that Westfield MainPlace will provide the following items
for the Enterprise Zone Workshnp on October 25, 2006.
. (10) 6' tables with hlflck skirts to be used for Business Expo
. (3) 6' tables with black shirts to be used for food/d,'ink
. Stage (max size 12'x16') with white skirting and stairs
. Podium with attached microphone
. P A system
. Projector
. Stanchions around the event area along with traffic control during the event
. 120 VIP Shopper Cards to be distributed to attendees
. 120 shopping bags available for Business Expo
It is understood hy both parties that the City of Santa Ana will provide or rent the
following items.
. Chairs
. Tables to be used for classroom style set-up
. Screen
. Pipe and drape for back of stage
. Audience Riser
It is understood by both parties that Set-up and tear-down guidelines will be as follows:
. Set-up may begin after the mall closes (9pIll) on October 21, 2006
. Items Illay be removed immediately following the Workshop on October 25,
2006
