Pur ant to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
ice that the City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 16829 (City Tract Map
No. 2005-07), for 2823 West Edinger Avenue (Exhibit I), from the owner, WL Homes,
LLC, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. The Tentative
Tract Map No. 2005-07 was approved by the City Council on December 5, 2005. The
City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City
Council meeting of November 20, 2006.
