FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 29'" day
of December 2006, by and between Liebert, Cassidy, Whitmore, a Professional
Corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS:
A. The pariies entered into Agreement N-2004-03 dated January I, 2004, (hereinafter
"said Agreement") by whieh Consultant has provided employee training in public
employment law, process and procedures.
B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to
extend the term of said Agreement to allow for additional training.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenams contained in said Agreement, and
subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this
Fourth Amendment to Agreement, the pariies agree as follows:
1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date one year, to
December 31, 2007.
2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment to
Agreement the date and year first above "'Titten.
