CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Joseph Fletcher reported:
By a 6/0 vote with Christy absent, Council authorized the City Attorney to file a
lawsuit and take all necessary actions to stay the Orange County Transportation
Authority's pending acquisition of the former location of Associated Concrete
Products at 4301 West MacArthur Boulevard. The City Attorney was also
authorized to investigate whether the action by the Orange County Transportation
Authority in approving the acquisition violated the Brown Act, or any other laws.
