Councilmember McGuigan • Mentioned that she enjoyed the Floral Park Home and Garden Tour. • Congratulated the Discovery Museum Trash Bash Gala held on Saturday, April 29,2000. • Requested that the Council adjourn in the memory of Carol La Rosa, a teacher at Mater Dei. Mayor Pulido • Reminded residents that the 4th Annual Celebrate Santa Ana will be held in the Downtown Santa Ana Artist Village on May 11, 2000 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Noted that on May 9, 2000 the City is hosting a delegation from Kuki, Japan and will be welcoming 15 guests from that City to Santa Ana.
