The Brown Act permits the City Council to discuss certain matters without members
of the public present, provided the items to be discussed are posted 72 hours prior to
the City Council meeting. The following items were discussed at the March 19, 2007
Closed Session.
Agency member Sarmiento abstained from item 95.A. due to the proximity of the
project to a client's property and left the room at 5:36 p.m.
