SAPO Scope of Works
The Task
Global Mesh Technologies has been awarded a contract from the submitted
"RFP 07-004 Ad Hoc Wireless network". The contact is to supply to the SAPO
a suite of products known as CAMMSTM, Command Anywhere Mobile Mesh
Software.
Global Mesh Technologies has developed CAMMS™ (Command Anywhere
Mobile Mesh Software) to enable a totally secure, scalable mobile mesh (ad
hoc) network and provide the necessary tools for Command Anywhere.
The SAPO is purchasing this CAMMS product as a proof of concept. The
ultimate goal is to allow interoperable and interagency communication.
Public Safety vehicles are already equipped with wireless computers, but have
limited ability to share data at the emergency site. The Global Mesh
Technologies solution, CAMMS™ alleviates this communication issue enabling
interoperable data exchange among all CAMMSTM enabled emergency first
responders, including the ability to exchange text messages, file-sharing,
maps, photographs, interactive white boarding and video.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Global Mesh Technologies
Global Mesh Technologies was formed to leverage products developed by our parent
company, Large Screen Display Rentals LLC (LSDR). LSDR designs, engineers
and manufactures custom large format screen systems and services both national
and international customers. These systems are used primarily in command and
control environments such as National Hurricane Center, Dept. of Homeland
Security, fire and police dispatch centers.
Business Management
Our management is at the core of our success. In addition to their management
experience, the two founders of the company have extensive knowledge in the
specialized area of design and supply of command and control systems to public
safety and military clients.
Jerry Underhill
Jerry Underhill has over 26 years of experience in the professional audiovisual and
communication industries. He is founder and President of LSDR, a Santa Ana, CA
based company specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom large screen
projection systems used in the Command and Control room sector. The company
also provides A V rental and staging services specializing in corporate and special
event production. Prior to forming LSDR in 1998, Jerry was Director of System Sales
for Barco Visual Systems, whose primary applications included command and control
centers, briefing/situation rooms as well as virtual reality/simulation environments.

REFERENCES AND EXPERIENCE
CAMMSTM Deployed to other users:
We at Global Mesh Technologies (GMT) a division of Large Screen Display Rentals. LLC are
proud to say it is our belief that we are the only company worldwide to have deployed and
sold an Ad Hoc mobile mesh system allowing the ability to view IP cameras. 1M. whiteboard
and transfer files.
Our company due to our worldwide presence in the field of command and control was
commissioned by the Jordanian Military to propose a solution for the 2006 Jordanian
Independence Day celebrations. This event due to its location required major security
planning and monitoring.
Our company made two visits to Jordan prior to contract award. Our first visit was to discuss
objectives and view terrain and coverage area, second visit to deliver our proposed
CAMMSTM (Command Anywhere Mobile Mesh System) solution.
Following our proposal and demonstration our company received the order for this major
event. Our CAMMSTM system allowed everything required to allow instant sharing of
information with all agencies (12) involved in this event also allowing restricted viewing of
sensitive information to those with clearance.
Our system operated under extreme conditions including wind. heat, cold, rugged terrain,
intermittent power systems, diverse cultural operators. changing requirements and methods
of use. Our CAMMSTM system was described as an "unbelievable resource and tool allowing
ad hoc wireless mesh communication in an instant and never relying on land based installed
infrastructure, a huge success". Please see following the letter of compliance from the
Jordanian Military.

COMMAND ANYWHERE MOBILE MESH SYSTEM /CAMMS) OVERVIEW
CAMMSTM is a Software and Hardware package developed by Global Mesh
Technologies that allows a "mesh" network to be established on an ad-hoc basis,
between any two or more vehicles equipped with the CAMMSTM package.
CAMMSTM is designed primarily for crisis-response agencies, allowing them to create
a network among all the responders to an incident, without the need for any fixed
infrastructure. Once this network has been created, CAMMSTM provides file-sharing,
Instant Messaging, White-boarding, and automatic detection and display of streaming
IP camera feeds to all units in the mesh.
CAMMSTM consists of the proprietary CAMMSTM software, used in conjunction with
off-the-shelf networking hardware and standard Windows notebook, hand-held or
tablet computers. The CAMMSTM software controls the networking hardware to
establish a mesh network, and provides an easy-to-use interface to allow non-
technical users to make full use of the capabilities of the software.

CAMMSTM Architecture
The CAMMSTM software provides the backbone for a self forming, self-healing
wireless mobile mesh network. Without infrastructure, end users have the ability to
form a robust and stand alone broadband network in an Ad Hoc environment. End
users connect seamlessly throughout the coverage footprint without having to re-
authenticate or re-associate with network elements. CAMMSTM does not require
servers or fixed Access Points (AP'S) to enable the broadband mobile mesh network.
The system operates on 802.11 4.9 and includes a second radio system utilizing
802.11 2.4 which allows standard computers and handheld devices to securely send,
receive and route data through the mesh. The software is compatible with Windows
2000™ or Windows XpTM suitable hardware. Global Mesh Technologies offers field
deployable versions of its CAMMSTM software with 48 hour licenses.
CAMMSTM Security
CAMMSTM software supports all measures of security up to WPA 2, 152 bit
encryption.
CAMMSTM Interooerabilitv
CAMMSTM software utilizes open standard Internet Protocol (IP) to interface to all
network elements and IP networks.
CAMMSTM Instant Messaaina
CAMMSTM software includes real time Instant Messaging (1M) capability. 1M can
occur in several modes including send to all, preset groups, or individuals on the
network. 1M displays sender's call sign and time of message.

Messages are received with an audible receive tone and can also be received in text
to voice mode so constant monitoring of the screen is not necessary. All messages
are auto-saved for later review.
CAMMSTM WhiteboardinQ
CAMMSTM software includes real time whiteboarding capabilities. These capabilities
include single user mode-one to all and multi-user mode where numerous users can
participate and are automatically assigned their own color. CAMMSTM also allows
multiple white boards operating on the mesh at the same time. Features include the
ability to whiteboard on a blank page or whiteboard over maps, plans or pictures.
Custom edit mode is also included in the whiteboarding feature.
CAMMSTM File Transfer and SharinQ
CAMMSTM software features include drag and drop file transfer to add and delete
files from the mesh. Files can be viewed by all on the mesh or placed in a password
protected restricted area on the work surface. Virtually all files including jpg, gif,
world, excel, and PDF are shareable on the mesh. Files are automatically
categorized on the work surface into "pictures", "movies" and "general files".
CAMMSTM Shared Video
CAMMSTM software supports all third party IP addressable wired or wireless camera
connectivity to the mesh. By utilizing the third party camera software, all the features
of the camera can be utilized including but not limited to pan, tilt, zoom, and audio.
Cameras can be custom labeled via the CAMMSTM software to easily distinguish the
location of each image. Camera images can be shared to all on the mesh or
restricted to viewing via password protection.
