RECITALS: A. City and Consultant entered into Agreement A-2005-146, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided dance instruction for City's leisure class program. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term for an additional one-year period and to increase the compensation to pay for services during the extended term. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $15,000.00 to pay for services during the 2007-2008 fiscal year. 2. Section 3., TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date from June 30, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
