The meeting convened at 5:55 p.m. in Room 831, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California

Gutierrez, Finance Director; Rob Richard, Library Director; Ben Kaufman, Chief
Assistant City Attorney; Steve Harding, Deputy City Manager, City Manager's Office;
Pam-Arends-King, Assistant Director of Finance; Mike Lewellyn, Police Technology and
Support Administrator; Carol Molina-Espinoza, Senior Management Analyst; Christine
Calderon, Treasurer; Linda Summers, Economic Development Manager

Approval of Minutes for Meeting of January 11, 2006 (Alvarez, Bustamante)
City Web Page Update
Linda Summers demonstrated the business portal CD for the City of Long Beach. The
City of Santa Ana's CD is currently under construction and will be similar in content.
Discussion of Technology Committee goals and objections for 2006
Christine Calderon outlined three different payment processes, two of which are
currently being used by the City. Check processing and credit card processing are the
two forms of payment currently accepted by the City. The third option is on-line
payment. The committee discussed several options related to funding on-line payment
options.
