BUSINESS CALENDAR
CONTRACT AWARD TO PREPARE THE GENERAL PLAN HOUSING
ELEMENT UPDATE AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Motion:
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency and
the Agency Secretary to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the
City of Santa Ana to supply an amount not to exceed $25,000 for use
in preparation of the General Plan Housing Element.

PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS BETWEEN THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND MARTIN
INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR REMNANT PARCEL IN THE MERGED
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA

on July 30, 2007.

Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION CRA NO. 2007-004 - approving an Agreement for Sale of
Real Property and Escrow Instructions with Martin Investment Company, a
California Limited Partnership, for property generally located in the 1300
block of S. Ritchey.
