On June 29, 2007, the City was notified that it was awarded the maximum
amount of $600,000. In accordance with the State regulations and the
City of Santa Ana CalHome Rehabilitation and Replacement Loan Program
guidelines, the funds will be used to offer deferred payment, thirty-year
zero percent interest rehabilitation loans to low-income owner occupants
of both mobile homes and single-family homes.

FISCAL IMPACT
Upon approval of the appropriation adjustment, funds will be available in
the CalHome Rehabilitation and Replacement Program fund (account no. 143-
151-6951).
