Approve an appropriation adjustment accepting funds in the amount of
$3,000 for the Santa Ana Double Track landscaping into the SCRRA
Metrolink Expenditure Reimbursement fund (account no. 11-01-5621-7) and
appropriating the funds to the Public Works median landscaping fund
(account no. 11-637-6261).
DISCUSSION
On January 3, 2008, the City received funds in the amount of $3,000 from
SCRRA Metrolink for the landscaped area of the Santa Ana Double Track
project. These funds are to reimburse the City for assuming the
maintenance during the initial ninety day period utilizing the City's
landscape maintenance contractor, Midori Gardens. The City assumed the
maintenance for this area on February 19, 2008.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
There is no environmental impact associated with this action.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds received in the total amount of $3,000 will be deposited into the
SCRRA Metrolink Expenditure Reimbursement fund (account no. 11-O1-5621-7)
and appropriated in the Public Works median landscaping fund (account no.
11-637-6261) .
