CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Housing Authority and will be enacted by one motion
without discussion unless otherwise directed by the Chairperson.
Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters
should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL CREDIT
REPORTING
Recommended Action:
Direct the Housing Authority Attorney to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute a second amendment to the agreement
between the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and National
Credit Reporting for an additional $15,000 for a total contract not to
exceed $45,000.

6. MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND INDUCEMENT-ROSS AND DURANT
Recommended Action:
Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of bonds for the purpose
of financing the acquisition and rehabilitation of two multi-family and
one single-family properties in the Willard Neighborhood.

AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing
Authority members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-
agenda items unless authorized by law.

AT THIS TIME Housing Authority members may comment on non-agenda

taken on non-agenda items unless authorized by law.
