CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Housing Authority and will be enacted by one motion
without discussion unless othervvise directed by the Chairperson.
Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters
should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING
REVENUE BONDS - WILSHIRE/MINNIE PROJECT.
Recommended Action:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance ofmulti-family housing
revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $16,000,000 for the
WilshirelMinnie project and authorize the Executive Director of the
Housing Authority to execute all documents as necessary.
