n;�THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this I' day of July, 2008, by and between Delhi Center, a
California non-profit corporation (`Subrecipient"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa Ana and Delhi
Center for Use of Community Development Block Grant Funds" ("CDBG Agreement" all terms and conditions
incorporated herein by reference) dated July 1, 2007, to use $5,000.00 in CDBG funding for the Delhi Senior
program.
B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and extend the time period of the CDBG Agreement.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and
made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said CDBG Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto
do hereby agree as follows:
The "Time Period of Agreement" section of said CDBG Agreement will be extended to June 30,
2009.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, all of the terms and conditions of said CDBG Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said CDBG Agreement the date
and year first above written.
