City acknowledges such name change of the legal entity and has <br /> updated its files accordingly. <br /> City understands that the North American operations of the Arcadis organization has undergone an <br /> internal restructuring that was made effective as of January 1, 2025, and that such restructuring has <br /> impacted the above-referenced contract with the City. Specifically,that the Consultant wishes to assign <br /> the `On-Call Transportation and Traffic Engineering Services Agreement', Agreement No. A-2022- <br /> 023-03,entered into by and between the City and Consultant(hereinafter, "Agreement"),to the legal <br /> entity known as Arcadis U.S., Inc., which is a Delaware Corporation and the prime operating entity <br /> for work undertaken by Arcadis in the United States. <br /> In accordance with the above and pursuant to Section 15 of the Agreement as relates to assignment of <br /> the Agreement, please find the City's written consent to assign the Agreement in accordance with <br /> Section 15 thereof to Arcadis U.S., Inc.
