Re: Letter of Authorization re E-rate and CTF Program Consulting Services
(In accordance with Agreement#N-2025-063)
In accordance with Agreement#N-2025-063 between the City of Santa Ana and Infinity Communications
and Consulting, Inc. ("Infinity"), dated February 24, 2025, the City of Santa Ana, on behalf of the Santa
Ana Public Library("Library"),authorizes Infinity to prepare,certify,and submit all applications and forms
required by the Universal Service Administrative Co. and the California Public Utilities Commission for
the procurement of E-rate and CTF program discounts for Category 1 and 2 services to be provided to the
Library.These forms include FCC Forms 470,471,and 486,and materials in support thereof.
Infinity is also authorized to obtain account information or any other documentation deemed necessary for
purposes pertaining to the Library's E-rate and CTF programs, including those involving record keeping,
reimbursement, and services supplied by service providers,vendors,and contractors to the Library.
All submissions by Infinity on behalf of the Library shall be subject to review by City staff,which shall be
afforded a reasonable time period for such purpose. This authorization shall remain in effect through June
30,2027 but may be terminated by the City at any time with or without cause upon written notice to Infinity
and shall automatically expire in the event the Agreement is terminated by the City. Infinity shall not be
authorized to execute contracts for E-Rate or CTF products or services on behalf of the City or to otherwise
legally bind the City.
