December 11, 1946 SACRAM",NTO 14 Miss Erma Keeler, City Clerk City Hall Santa Ana, California My dear Miss Keeler: I have looked over the various documents which you sent with your letter of December 9 and find them to be in order except for Form 130a. This is the form giving the results of the election amon[; employees and telling when the City Council passed the resolution of intention, and when it passed the Or- dinance authorizing the Contract. The form has been completed to show in Section 3 that the City Council passed the Ordinance on August 23, and that was the date of the Resolution of Intention. The correct date for the Ordinance was November 25. I have prepared additional copies of the Form and refer them to you for your signature. You may keep one copy for your file and return the other copy here. I note that the Contract is to become effective on July 1, 1947. That date is satisfactory with us, but as it is some time in the future ""e will not send further forms to you until along in the Spring of 1947. If the forms should be completed now for the various employees, there would undoubtedly be changes in personnel, so we will wait until not many days before July 1, then will send them to you. .._.-~._- ~---"-- EARL W.
