2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction
cost of $460,500.

. Noted that he will be holding his monthly open house on the upcoming
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Southwest Senior Center
for citizens to come and share their views and concerns with him
Councilmember Sarmiento
. Thanked everyone for attending tonight's meeting
. Noted that many councilmembers went to Washington for the
inauguration ceremonies on January 20, 2009; he further noted that all
councilmembers paid their own transportation and attendance costs;
he stated that it was important for members to attend because it
afforded the opportunity to meet with our federal representatives and
explain the City's needs
