Re: Second and Final Extension of Retiree Health Billing Services Agreement iN-
2022-335
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by Sterling Health
Services, Inc- ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 21, 2022, and extended on
May 17, 2024 (N-2022-335-01), the time period of the Agreement is hereby further extended for an
additional one-year period through June 30, 2026. Any insurance certificates are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in hill force and effect.
