HomeMy WebLinkAboutSANTA ANA POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (PMA) iivSU RAN. :E_ i'[:i REOUIRD A-2025-055 " 0Rl;IV.ft'1 P,R0CFFP, CITY CLERK DFTIE: MAY 13 2025 . �(0 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING VOW 4G) BETWEEN CITY OF SANTA ANA AND SANTA ANA POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATION UNIT FOR THE TERM JANUARY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025 This First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding("MOU") is entered into on May 6, 2025, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California ("City") and the Santa Ana Police Management Association ("SAPMA") a recognized employee bargaining unit (collectively"Parties"). RECITALS WHEREAS, on November 15, 2022, the Parties have entered into an MOU with a terni of January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Parties wish to modify Article 6.0 of their MOU as set forth below. THE PARTIES THEREFORE AGREE as follows (additions are underlined and deletions are stricken): I.
