MANAGEMENT (PROJECT 09-2505-C) — Execute an agreement with
Cindy Krebs Consulting, Inc., in the amount of $288,000 — Public Works
Agency
Motion:
Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the
agreement, subject to non�substantive changes approved by the City
Manager and City Attorney, and, further instruct staff to correct the
staff report to reflect that the Council's action of April 20, 2009
authorized staff to negotiate an agreement to conduct the Step 2
analysis with several firms and not only the one referenced in the
staff report.

with Wesley A. Bosch in the amount of $90,000 for a one-year term —

1. Execute an agreement with Sentry Control Systems and the
County of Orange in the amount of $1,289,655.01 plus a 10%

contingency and appropriating the same in the expenditure account
25D AGMT NO. 2009-094 — LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT VARIOUS CITY
PARKS — Execute an amendment with Master Landscape and
Maintenance, Inc. in the amount of $666,310 for a one-year term — Parks,
Recreation, and Community Services Agency
25E AGMT NO. 2009-095 — FOUNTAIN MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN THE
CIVIC CENTER — Execute a one-year amendment with Deckside Pool
Service in an amount not to exceed $84,450, and approve a 10%
contingency for unanticipated work for a total amount not to exceed

1. Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication.
ORDINANCE - An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana appropriating monies to the several offices, agencies and
departments of the City for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2009

2. Adopt a resolution as amended to reflect a decrease of one Park
Maintenance Leader and two Park Maintenance Workers in the list
of workforce deletions.
RESOLUTION NO. 2009-029 - A resolution of the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana to amend Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 91-066 to
effect certain changes to the City's basic classification and
compensation plans.
3. Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 2009-030 — A resolution of the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana establishing a uniform schedule of miscellaneous
fees for fiscal year 2009-2010 and repealing in part Resolution No.
2008-041, Resolution No. 2009-009 and Resolution No. 2009-018
