The City and Contractor entered into Agreement, A-2006-118, dated May 15th 2006, ~c~cF wr z ~ ~ ~ c hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", by which Contractor has provided ~--. maintenance, service and repair of elevators located within City facilities. ~ B. The City now desires to exercise its option to extend the term of said Agreement and authorize an additional one year of funding in order to provide continuous service under ~ said Agreement. `~_'. ~ WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter contained and ~~ to made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the ,S parties do hereby agree as follows: ~. 1. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to Compensation is hereby amended to provide an .. - ~ additional $30,816.00 to fund services provided during the extended term from June 1, 2009 fJ ' through May 31, 2010. 2. Section 3, of said Agreement, pertaining to Term is hereby amended to extend the termination date for an additional one-year term, through May 31, 2010. 3. Except as modified herein, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
