~~` THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of August, 2009, by and between
CATHY MOREHEAD + ASSOCIATES, a sole proprietorship (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the
City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the
Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City").
RECITALS
A. The City and Consultant entered into Agreement #N-2008-124 (said "Agreement") dated
September 12, 2008, for Consultant having special skill and knowledge in the field of interior design
and color consultation to assist City in color choice of downtown buildings and structures and interior
office design, etc.
B. The parties thereto now desire to extend the term of said Agreement.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises
hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as
hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. The "Term" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and extended through June 30,
2010.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement, remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to said
Agreement the date and year first above written.
