C. to accept an award in recognition of the Police Department's support of employees in the military. 906 CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS Councilmember Sarmiento: Commented on several events which took place over the past weekend including the Fiestas Patrias, movie premiere, NAACP event, and parade; noted great diversity throughout the City. Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez: Announced tonight's Council Meeting would adjourn in memory of Janice Lowry-Gothold, and William Timoti and provided details on their contributions to the City of Santa Ana. ADJOURNMENT - 6:19 P.M. to the next regular meeting of the City Council is '`r scheduled for Monday, October 5, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. for the Closed Session Meeting, immediately followed to the Regular Business Meeting in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
