NOVEMBER 19, 2008
At 6:00 P.M. Chairperson Mary Bloom-Ramos announced this was the time and place
for the Santa Ana Empowerment Corporation Board of Directors Meeting.
Seeing insufficient members present to respond to the call of roll, the Chairperson
declared the meeting cancelled due to lack of quorum.
